3. Algorithm. The AI engine makes decisions automatically based on models. The algorithm can be wrong, especially in low-liquidity markets and extreme moves.

4. Exchanges. The service depends on the stability of connected exchanges. API failures, margin calls, and force majeure on the exchange side may result in losses.

5. Regulation. Crypto is regulated differently across jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws and taxes.

6. No guarantees. Pulse Protocol does not guarantee profit, deposit return, or service availability at all times.
