Terms of Service

By using Pulse Protocol you agree to the terms below. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of profit.

1. Service. Pulse Protocol is a software engine for automated crypto trading via connected APIs. It is not a financial advisor and does not custody your funds outside the selected model.

2. Access. Access is granted via the Telegram bot and mini-app. Your account is tied to your Telegram ID.

3. Subscription. The subscription activates after payment and runs for a calendar period. Refunds are available within the first 24 hours if the engine has not been launched.

4. Deposits and withdrawals. Deposits accepted in USDT (BSC, TRC-20). Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Network fees are paid by the user.

5. Prohibited use. The service may not be used for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or harming other users. Accounts that violate the rules are banned without a refund.

6. Liability. Pulse Protocol is not liable for market losses, exchange or blockchain outages, or force majeure events. You are responsible for your own decisions.

7. Changes. Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
